Love the overhead view w launching boat, one dynamic of content missing greatly from all TH-cam content for fishing, makes for a more enjoyable and entertaining show but we can learn so much from an overhead view of actual area your fishing to gain knowledge for our bodies of water
That hand placement on the steering wheel with the pinky and the thumb is absolute genius. Easy way to take your brain out of back and down and being just a touch athletic.
About time ! Though he'll have no chance of keeping up to you for awhile. Nice Charles, I'm jealous. Well dude, I gave up the delta and moved to OK. I finally retired and am waiting for the off season to get a boat. 3 hrs from Eufaula 😊 and got a ton of lakes around. New style of fishing which has me excited. All that info you've been dumping into my brain finally gets a chance to be used. So thanks for the past few years - much appreciated.
I'm always routing for you to win an elite series event or Classic, whatever you're fishing.... but man I've never wanted anything more than to see ole Charles land that fish!!!!!
Awesome content fellas. Love to see more of this. Chris get Charles hooked on tournaments so we can get him in the opens next year. If you want to get rid of more tackle ill be more than happy to take some off your hands lol
Ozarks smallmouth has a lure design that I'd look at some time called a Copper Shuttlecock, hadn't realized those designs were used in small mouth. It caught my attention.
Great video, what unit is that? It looks like crap the screen looks like an 8 bit Nintendo game. You might want to have it checked out b4 the st lawrence. 😂
Them Tuesday nighter boys seem fun, you could tell they wanted to beat you so bad🤣 we need more content like this P.s. Charles is a hammer w/ that Neko
Chris when you back the boat in the water to unload it do you have the back tires and trailer wheel protectors just under the water? I have a new 2024 Z20 and had trouble with loading the boat to take out.. the front of the boat being too low from the front roller… it always works well with the two wheels under the water and the trailer wheel protector just under the water for a good place to stop and unload your boat. Is that correct? Thanks brother.
@davidblake5199 that is correct. Lived at the beach for awhile and guy told me that one day. Get you fenderwells just under water and 9/10 it'll be very close
Awsome buddy . How's your trip to South africa looking , dates in September would be perfect . You should try squeeze in a trip to neighbouring Zimbabwe . Lake Kyle has proper sized Monster Bass
I’ll be there almost the entire month of September. My first stop is swinging by the SABAA Opens Championship on Arabie to see and meet all the fishermen that I can
@Zaldaingerous if you can try squeeze in a Zimbabwe trip 😉 , The premier water in Africa . From mid Srptember is the perfect timing for Lake Kyle . Monsters 😁
Good information! Could have split it up and made two videos. I have had some heartbreaks on the spoon that is a double edged sword sometimes. Good luck!
I really don't critique much in your videos, I just sit back and enjoy. I wouldn't really consider this a critique, I was just going to say that I wished when you guys got through breaking in the boat and Charles was loading it for the first time that you would have added into the video how much of the trailer should you put in the water when loading the boat.. I've always gone by the rule of thumb 3/4 of the fender on the trailer underwater. But I've heard different from different people. But I've always done it that way, it was interested to see how you did it! Do you run your ring up to the roller and keep the motor running and power load it as it's being pulled out of the water and then shut the motor off? Or do you put the ring on the roller and just shut the motor off before anybody starts pulling you out? Maybe that was two things!!!!???,🙆 😅😅.. but you really don't have to make a video about it or add it in anywhere, I know that would be too much work. But what's your rule of thumb when backing the trailer down to load the boat? Do you put half of the trailer under or do you do 3/4 of the fender? Also when pulling out do you leave your motor running and in gear and helped push the truck depending on the ramp? Or when your ring hits the roller do you just shut it off and let the truck do the work? Thanks .. awesome vid.. heck yes Charles. Happy for ya buddy. Nice boat!!!, you work hard. You deserve it!!!, stay safe, ✌️💯
@@Zaldaingerous hey man don't worry about all that extra work because of a comment I left, you're a busy guy as it is! If you do that would be awesome but if you don't I completely understand! Y'all stay safe.. and I hope Trait keep giving you the business😅
I’m still in shock that it is 2024, and you don’t need a boating course, a safety paring course, and or a boating license. In my opinion it’s definitely needed. I e seen some horror at that boat ramps and out fishing.
Damn, you are not kidding. Boaters Safety and Hunters Safety was something that everyone took at school when I was in middle school. I’ve got a bass boat that does 75 MPH and I’m great at driving it but holy shit, when I’m out on the water on weekends I’m absolutely floored by how stupid people are behind the wheel of a boat.
@@mikek860absolutely man. It’s craziness!! From watching them jack knife 47 times trying to back up trailer, unloading loading, etc., you’d think they would have this in place. For their safety and others!!!!
@@mikek860 same with motorcycles. Yes you do need a license, but as a beginner, if you have the money to buy a 1000cc sport bike, they will sell it to you. That is nuts!
😂😂😂😂wtfan why didn't you slow down??? Finally got bite then knock off at boat??? Nope!!! What do I know lol keyboard warrior from CA DELTA!!! JK man shit happens Nice 😢
As a weekend tournament guy this video fired me up!! Good job Chuckster! You’ll be pulling Chris to every derby you can to get that fix.
Love the little derb videos!!
Let’s go Charles!!! That was awesome! Ha!
This is awesome. Congrats to Charles! Be safe and have fun
Awesome ! Congrats Charls... and some hawgs there.. well its Zaldaingerous 😎 well done guys
Love this. This is how guys in my club taught me to back up a trailer. The steering wheel trick hand on the bottom of wheel. Works like charm.

Congrats on the new boat Charles!
He’s going to be throwing glide baits in no time and then I’ll have to find a new camera guy 😅
Stoked on the new dangerous colors, awesome little derb Charles did great , you always passing on what ya know man
Pure happines in your eyes sharing that win with Charles. That’s what fishing is all about! Awesome vid and great fun watchlng the team effort.
Enjoyed this video. Love seeing Charles introduced to fishing.
Probably my favorite video so far. Way to go guys
Charles so pumped ya love to see it, need more Chris/Charles Derbs!
Charles with the perfect 1-0 record
Hell Ya! congrats on the Dub.
I bet that was a wonderful feeling. I want a boat so badly.

Give Lake Arbuckle a look. It’s my favorite OK lake. I have been to Murray in a while but it can be fun especially when the punch bite is good
@@Zaldaingerous thanks bro. I'll put that on the list.
@Zaldaingerous so are you really going large with a swimbait ? Just a wild thought I had. Go have fun, just fish and laugh at Charlesntring to keep up

Gunna be an epic moment when the peoples angler takes home his first elite series win after 10 plus years on tour
I was so pumped for him!! Perfect start to a potential fishing addiction 😂
Awesome!!!
Charles has a damn good teacher, nice fish too guys
Once again quality content brother, keep it up.
Appreciate it!
Sweet vid like always.
Congratulations 👍
Such a cool video. Looked like you both had fun and a great content as always.

He’s living that first win high right now!
@Zaldaingerous as he should. Awesome job!
Thanks for the basic tips, this is my level for certain, especially the trailer reversing etc.
Did you ever send your spent, used engine oil off for testing?

That boat flip just happened to me last tournament that cost me thr win, I know the feeling.

Hey Chris! What neko worm do you like to use and what is your spoon setup??
I prefer “crawler” style worms for neko… what you would see guys using over in Japan a lot. They were big out west too

When are these new colors available
Very soon!

How would you recommend solo launching if you don't have power poles?
I normally tie up to the dock
Moat of my lakes don't have a dock to tie up too. I'm sorry I should have clarified @@Zaldaingerous
