WoW Rare: Breezebiter ( ACTUALL SPAWN LOCATION! )

Breezebiter Rare 1-3% drop chance I have waited once 2 hours and 30 minutes for him to spawn but seen him spawn arround 1 hour to so 1-2 hour spawn time.
