@Pierre C Yes and if an accident happens, 100 new worker are waiting for a job. Cheaper than buing protective wear. This is how workers were treated 100 years before in Europe (and I'm sure - also in the US)

You wrote the title of this video backwards. It should read "Amazing Technique Making A Plastic Water Tank in the Factory". It's written wrong in the description too. The way you wrote it, it sounds like they are using a used water tank for a technique that it was not intended for. They are making water tanks.
It cost me about 10,000 Pak rupees or about 65usd for a 400gallons water tank, it's pretty much the same quality one, these are made quite well and easily last 10years, even more in the shade. They make small ones too, I Bought a 100litre one for 2000 or about 13usd, I use it to store edible oils.

The orange flames suggest a fuel-rich burn. Changing the orifice/burner design could save a lot of money.
The heat needs to burn gently and cover a certain area, change the jets/ fuel air mixture, and the flame would be too fierce and direct.
What's Amazing is the experience & skill that allow them to use minimal tools & come up with such wonderful work

Почему?Их не ставят на солнце как у нас,там жарко и без этого вода теплая.Это для хранении воды в доме.А в помещении она прослужит очень долго.
