On to the camera itself:
This is a great little camera with excellent resolution! I needed a new camera with which to record how to videos and this one caught my eye because of the great price. The camera itself is compact, and does an excellent job at recording 4K video. Video image quality is great and gets even better when you get slightly further away from the camera (I think anything past 3 feet is the sweet spot).
The built in microphone isn't the best, but there is an included external microphone AND in my case, I'll be using it with a lapel mic, so I'm not too concerned about the internal mic sound quality (check out my review video for a sample of what it sounds like).
There are two batteries included and the camera can be used during charging, so there shouldn't be an issue with charging time or battery capacity.
There is no SD card included (wish they did include even a small one), but I think all of us have SD cards laying around by now.
Also, the included carry case is a bit small - it fits the camera just fine, but it does not have any extra space for the included accessories.
All in all, this is a great buy. I would recommend this camera to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive camera for how to videos, vlogging, etc.
Is it going to compete with a Canon, Nikon, Sony? Nope, but it also costs about a quarter of the price that those do and for those of us that can’t or don’t want to spend too much, it fits the bill perfectly.

@@chloemeisings6898 , It's not the same brand but all of the same family. It souds like a good one but it's not. Don't ever zoom with this camera, it's worse. It says 4K but it's not, it's not even 720p. It's better to pay more and get something more professional. Do not buy cheap, cheap is cheap. Good demo. Can anyone confirm that to use the external microphone one has to reset the sound recording option on the menu, or does it just automatically override the in-camera microphone?

yes there is
I was able to find a diaper bag from my baby shower (you read that right-- MY baby shower in 1969) with a retro design. That fits all of the sound gear plus camera attachments.
I have 3 questions: 1) Does it do true 4K? (2) Is there multiple frame rates for 4K and 1080P HD (eg. 24 frames per second, 30, 60, 120?) and (3) Will it take a Rode Video Mic or any other shotgun directional mic?

I bought this camera in the same version as the 4k ultra hd Oiexi. I am having problems with areas on one side being blurry/ out of focus. Do you have any advice as to how I can correct this? Please advise. Thanks!

I use a SanDisk 128gb Extreme SD card, works well for me.

I recently purchased the same model and I have trouble fitting the microphone on the camera. I watched your video and understand that I have to lose the wheel, but for some reason, I can´t lose for even a millimeter. When I look closely, I can see the plastic doesn't have full grooves around and I think that's why it is impossible to even move with that. Just was gonna ask whether there is anything else I need to do in order to make it work or simply ask the supplier for a new microphone?
Did you try turning the wheel the other way?
I tried both sides, not even a milimeter.

how do we use it as a webcam, i see when plugging it up via usb that there's a PC webcam option, but when I select it, the computer keeps connecting and disconnecting it

Is here a way to remove the watermarks seeing as its probably not got clean HDMI output. It does work as a webcam through a capture card, but still has all the date and time stamps.
Mitchell Prater there is an option to disable the time and date stamps in the options menu of the camera.

I have the iPhone 11 how does the audio and video compare with an iPhone? Would you say the quality is better here on this camera vs an iPhone?
In all honesty, I like my iPhone 11 better just because it’s compact and always there, but this camera is definitely nice to have as a dedicated recording camera. For me, my videos are always interrupted by calls and other notifications and sometimes, you just need to record yourself doing something on your phone.
Significant difference in the audio after you put on the microphone on the camera. Not sure if the advertised 4K video is actually 4k.. Maybe some more videos with different backgrounds are needed to compare.. But looks ok
Audio is definitely a work of difference, video quality is probably not the advertised 4K but it is decent for the price.

Paul so, I tried it out and you can use it as a webcam. I didn’t play with it too much but I did notice the camera app in Windows 10 limited my to 480P, not sure if there is a driver issue or something more?

I have confirmed that it does function as a webcam on a MacBook Air, but with the same resolution limitation as on a PC.
