There is something wrong in the document, If i copied the base64 string from your document and decoded it, it will give me the plain text for the seller's name and the other tags, while it should give me the values in hex format.
@@user-mj1fy6gp2e @B first you have to convert all input data to UTF-8 format and pass to qrcodeEncode function, for me this base64 string out will be having spaces when loading more data or arabic text, i have removed spaces and works good for me

@k-r6465 ممكن تختصر لنا وايش المطلوب في المرحلة الثانية محتاجين الروابط الخاصة بالاي بي اي على شان نجربها في البوست مان على شان انتاج الشهادة الرقمية وطريقة ارسال الملف اكس ام ال الي الهيئة لتوقيعه رقميا وثم رفعه على بند الفواتير ؟ ام انه يتم توقيع الملف اولا في الجهاز محليا ثم يتم رفع .. محتاجين الألية بصيغة مبسطة الادلة التي تقدمها الهيئة كلها الغاز

Thats right the is something wrong with the method of converting to Hex

Shouldn't you have used +03:00 instead of Z in your date format 10:20?
I try to use utf-8 but still arabic chars not encoded , please advice

i have solved my issues, im between a extra space generating during base64 string creation, i have removed, that solved all my issues,Thank you👍
