I'm a little confused by your question. Maybe you could add a 'District' custom field to the organisation so you can see the district the org is associated with.

Thanks Sam. You can't remove Organisations but you can simply not fill it in. i.e. Just create a deal linked to a contact and leave the org empty. No problem with doing this.

You either need to close some deals by winning or losing them. Or you can upgrade your subscription to a higher tier to enable a higher limit on the number of open deals.

Yes, one way is that the building could be a deal which is linked to a contact person (the lead) and you could use a custom field to show the owner.
