What do you advise when you have people you give business to and they don't show their appreciation for by saying thank you and sending gifts for Xmas, and birthdays?
Higher education is the biggest one. Don't need an engineering degree to design the next Gulfstream you fly in. Fire all your maintenance people. I watched some TH-cam videos and read most of the Boeing Wikipedia page. Missed the bit about dynamic loads on control surfaces, but who needs to learn that? Just a scam really.

Grant is right about school. He has a degree in accounting, and he is money smart. What a coincidence. His wife doesn't have an education, and she married rich guy and technically is doing better than him. 100% proof that you don't need education.
If you see their videos you can feel that they are a really nice couple. Nothing about money.
My favorite video is where explains his at that time very young daughter how real estate works.

Some good points and some very stupid points. My brother followed these ideas and the result is zero savings and zero job. Please identify which group of people or which category of people you are talking to. These things may be possible for some single people with some intelligence but won't work to most couples with children.
Plus sir I watched all your episodes of undercover billionaire. You just did what you are good at, this doesn't mean it works for others. You did the realestate but in the episodes you failed to succeed in realestate but you were successful in building a marketing firm because you know your shit. When people travel as migrants to the west they work with their skills from day one for example in construction as brick layers or as painters and they quickly accumulate a capital and buy houses within 5 years of arrival. Thus even though I thank you for your efforts in making your point loud and clear it wasn't really inclusive but it was exclusive to you alone... and thank you for the10x book, that is a good book which I learnt from.
