Im failry new to guitar, and on the chorus how do you get those muffled chords, I know how to get like the plucking sounds like in songs such as LINKIN PARKS given up, but idk how to get them just to be muffled like in the song, can anyone help?

It's called a palm mute! It's where you lay your picking hand's palm on the edge of your strings and pick it to give it that muffled sound.

Spend time just moving your fingers from one chord to another not even strumming. Do it very slow then slowly speed up until you can do it smoothly. It's all about muscle memory the more you do it the easier it becomes
