    I always struggle with letting go and relaxing, but this video was great! "giving yourself permission..." love that part. thanks for sharing.

    Could you please make guided meditations or hypnosis for desire to study more & focussing while studying / speaking the learnt languages fluently / empovering the visualization skill / removing subconscious blocks / negative self beliefs?👏
