Good work.. but personally I expect few words regarding the scholarships the ppl get in higher education from Govt for their studies. if we remember tat truly we will not ve heart to go outside for jobs. Also my alternative idea is try some movie that ( a man who studied with govt scholarships..after gets into great job in abroad, he starts spends for his own country ppl education by creating a scholarship on his name itself). it wil encourage our students to do some good work.

Good message at the last but is India really looking for a real teacher? Not at all nowadays. Many colleges looking for business and not knowledge with low salary as possible and targeting teachers for admission to the College forcibly. Some faculty members were also attempted suicide. In IITs you guys were looking for faculty nowadays who done PhD in abroad. Why not a PhD from Indian universities who done exceptionally well to recruit in IITs? Really a change is needed for India. IITs should look for Indian talents studied everything in India.
