Awesome video… here’s a few things you could’ve included 1 - to address the 2011 match fixing scandal, the TFF implemented a 4 team playoff tournament called Super Final. Said tournament was abandoned the next season after the scandal controversy cooled down 2 - Trabzonspor player Salih Dursun picks up the refs red card and gives the ref a red card penalty in a form of dissent 3 - former Anakaragucu president Faruk Koca runs into the pitch and punches referee Halil Umut Meler 4 - İstanbul Basaksehir being a federal funded club by the ruling regime and winning the Super Lig with a suspected “purchased” supporters group 5 - related to the 2011 season and Trabzonspor supporters continued animosity towards Fenerbahçe, a Trabzonspor supporter invades the pitch with a mask on (and allegedly a pointy kitchen utensil) and attempts to attack Fenerbahce players celebrating their victory in Trabzonspor. Osayi-Samuel proceeds to beat the fan and chaos breaks loose. 6 - Arda Turan fighting with turkish pop star Berkay in a night club. Then goes to the hospital where Berkay is being treated and attempts to apologize but also shoots of a pew pew machine 7 - last one… which may or may not be appropriate for your content. more info (mostly about fenerbahçe): -fenerbahçe's titles before 1959 shouldnt be counted. yes, but two titles beşiktaş won before 59 was counted (cups of 57 and 58) -the 2011 match fixing scandal is an iceberg of itself. saying fenerbahçe was match fixing but they didnt get punished will give people the wrong idea. its too much to explain here but just know that the president of fenerbahçe said that the organization that tried the coup in 2016 (the one with ties to hakan sukur, and the one that landed a helicopter in beşiktaş's stadium) was trying to take control of fenerbahçe (not bs). a literal terrorist organization was involved so it was a little more than fenerbahçe fixing some matches. and i'd like to add galatasaray being supported by the government here. id say 27 games per yellow card is an insane stat, check out premier league, serie a or any other league, the average of this stat for the team that got the least yellow cards of their league is about 7 games per yellow card. and the "ofsaytımsı" was done in favor of galatasaray. of course i am a fenerbahçe fan and you need to listen to both sides, but the 2011 match fixing and galatasaray being supported by the referees and tff are their own icebergs in and of itselves and i cant state all the evidence in a comment, sending love from turkiye !
So many fener fans in here upset that you shared the most basic information about the 2011 match fixing scandal. Reminder that UEFA, FIFA, and CAS ALL agreed that fener committed a sustained scheme to fix games in order to win the title. Everyone who has taken a look at the case has come to the same conclusion.
Also Fenerbahce has paid their debt like crazy over two years. They sold players with high transfer fees and fenerbahce are no longer the team with biggest debt
Behind 99% of all corruption, there is a club with yellow red. You can find many players admit they committed corruption and still till this day TFF helps them.
You explained ofsaytimsi wrong. The goal was initially granted, however later the VAR called the referee to take a look on the position, where the referee and the VAR referees held a weird conversation, where in the end, the referee decided to call the goal off and calling the position "ofsaytimsi(offside-esque)"
The only one crying is Fenerbahce who is yet to win a european title, I thought they'd at least win the conference league but losing 6-1 to an unknown Danish team is kinda sad don't you think?@@goatxd10
1. Maybe you should have also mentioned that the "match-fixing scandal" has since been ruled out because of its ties to FETO. And this isn't even like an opinion. The judges involved in the case are all in exile. Feels like something that shouldn't be left out because it kinda shows them as still guilty which they aren't. 2. The 1923 Istanbul League photo that you placed is a completely wrong presentation of what Fener is actually asking for. The titles Fener is asking from the TFF are the national championship since 1923, NOT the regional leagues. At the time, the regional leagues served as a form of qualification for the larger Milli Küme or National Division titles, which involved clubs from around the country. Apart from these two points, which please do take as constructive criticism, great job and all the best!
And it's a completely stupid thing to ask. You're in the Super Lig, not the Turkish Football Championship which has been disbanded decades ago. All accolades count from 1959 onwards. Fenerbahce just can't handle being overshadowed by Galatasaray, the greatest Turkish club of all time.
@@shembajr Asking about it isn't stupid imo. There are numerous examples where league titles from earlier league formats are counted. For ex. in the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland just to name some. What's stupid is there still isn't a decision on this after 2 years (it might be less idk). This shouldn't be so hard. It's a yes or no question. Or just abandon the stars system altogether. I also don't this is about feeling overshadowed as they have been voicing for counting titles before 1959 even before GS even went ahead on the number of Süper Lig titles. But this part is subjective, so everyone can have a different opinion.
Nope, it's complete rubbish and just an attempt to one up Galatasaray. Super Lig was created in 1959, that's a factual statement. The previous championships and titles are historical and antique achivements, they have no place for a modern club's presentation in terms of what they won. No one has ever voiced this except Fenerbahce, which just pushes them further into the laughing stock that they really are in Turkish football.@@Burcaldinho
@@shembajr Again, if it was an attempt to one up Gala, they would have talked about it while Gala had more titles, but the subject of it was brought up before then. However, I respect your opinion. But related to your other points, I urge you to go to the website of any big European club and I can guarantee you’ll find them honoring past trophies before the formation of their respective leagues. Just because they are historic or archaic achievements doesn’t make them any less invaluable. It is those types of trophies that make big clubs big. Manchester United, Liverpool or clubs like Arsenal are big not because of their PL titles, they were big even before the PL existed. The format of national championships change for many reasons, but this doesn’t change the value of the trophies won in preceding formats. In the case of Turkish football, there is a great example of this. There have been 67 SL titles won, yet only 65 seasons have been played. The additional 2 titles are BJK’s Federation Cup trophies that got them European qualification right before the SL was formed. They applied for them to be counted and the TFF agreed. So others have voiced for those trophies to be counted. And its not only BJK, other clubs like Gençlerbirliği, TS (which makes no sense but that’s a topic for another day), Adana Demir, Ankara Demir, Ankaragücü and Göztepe have apparently voiced support, but ofc Fener is pushing for it the most. But interesting enough, only Gala openly opposes such an idea. And I think we can all agree that if Gala hadn’t won 1 but around maybe 6-7 trophies before 1959, we wouldn’t have this discussion to begin with.
@@shembajr It's not an outlandish thing to request as you Galatasaray fans make it out to be. You need to look at some examples throughout Europe. The current Scottish league was established in 2013. However, Celtic has 53 national league titles which span across 7 different league formats starting from 1890. If you don't find Scotland to be a good example, then let's go south to England. The Premier League was founded in 1992, yet Liverpool has 19 national league titles despite winning the PL only once. Now, let's check Germany too. Bayern has 33 league titles, but 32 of them have been won during the Bundesliga. Their national title from over 30 years before the Bundesliga was founded is added into the count. In Turkey, only the current edition of the national championships are counted for some reason. If many European nations don't view those as ''historical and antique'' achievements, then I think it's valid to request that all national titles be counted. I personally don't care if they are counted or not, but I'm tired of seeing people not being fair just because ''işlerine gelmiyor''. Also, the greatest Turkish club of all time is Fenerbahçe. They are dominant in many branches of sport, and they are not just a football club like Galatasaray. I say this as a Beşiktaş fan.
