I just had a crazy idea for a Libra evolution.
In the show: After an intense battle, Libra brakes for like the 10th time. Yu doesn't accept the defeat and start thinking about upgrading Libra. With the help of Madoka he finds out that a well balanced stamina type fusion wheel with some attack power and defensive capabilities is the "Phantom". Madoka gives Yu an A145 spin track and an EDS performance tip because she believes that it will help. Yu tries to make a replica of phantom himself by using the flame will. He does make a phantom fusion wheel but since flame had less mass than Phantom, the new phantom wheel is lighter and quite different (he makes the hasbro version of phantom) and names his new bey Neo-Phantom Libra. So...

Performance tip: Eternal defense spike.
Also the flame fusion wheel is 32,5 grams while the hasbro phantom is 31,9 so it does fit perfectly in the story.

I think what helps Cygnus's attack mode is the dome shape is inverted. So beys like Earth Eagle could be easily deflected because it's meant to be like a counter-shield. Plus, the two rounded protrusions might also be for the center of gravity, like the gravity ball spin track or the jade fusion wheel.
