The Rear axle cover has a oil level plug or bolt. Removed the bolt, add SAE 90 oil until full. You're suppose to change the oil every 500hrs or 4 years.

If it's overfilled by like a quarter inch on the dip stick will it smoke real bad?
It won't but I would drain some out when you have time..

The float is stuck in the carb. The needle needs to be cleaned and checked.
Is there not a filter?
There's a fuel filter but no oil filter.
have oil in where the ai filter is, whats up with that?
