Hey im playing this game on mobile and im currently unable to log in, when i try i just get a message banner on the title screen "boat" and then when i click to try and log in i get the message max registered amount reached, anyone had this? And whats more i cant log in to speak to the help desk about this issue

@josephbaz333 ascension event is the event where you have to ascend a character to recieve rewards, all character related frames are ascension events
