Don’t wash the eggs until you are ready to use them. They have a protective coating on them to keep them fresh. To test the eggs you need to put them in a bowl of water and if they float they are bad but if they sink the eggs are good to eat.
@@sharonadcock7071 Everyone in the county qualifies for free breakfast and lunch. So you’re right why are the fees not waived too. Hope you’re having a great week. Thank you so much for watching. ~Money Saving Mama
Freah eggs are amazing! Crack them individually into a cup before putting them into cake batter or mixing them for scrambled eggs. This way you can check for bad eggs instead of spoiling what you are making.
If you aren’t used to fresh eggs, I would recommend doing a float test when you wash them. If they float they are a no go. We have chickens and we leave the eggs on the counter, I will wash what we need for the week and put them in the fridge.
@@MoneySavingMama777 all of your eggs looked like chicken eggs, my daughter has ducks and turkeys and they are way bigger. Most likely fresh chicken eggs.

Could your daughter take her own pictures and make a scrapbook for this year? Did the school district not tell you about fees? Seems like important information they should have told you about so you could plan ahead. 🙁
@@betsyh2503 what a great idea. I’ll have to tell my daughter about taking some pictures and creating a scrapbook herself in place of the yearbook. The fees know the school district did not tell us exactly what we would owe and fees. Other years, the fees were 20 last year was $25. So that’s what I was expecting this year but I guess high school is a whole Nother ballgame.. thank you so much for watching. ~Money Saving Mama
Yearbooks may seem important at the moment, but as time goes by, they end up taking up space in Mom and Dad's closet for years. The money is better used elsewhere.

Drop the eggs in water. If they float to the top don't eat them as they are bad. If you decide to wash the eggs keep them in the fridge and eat them within a week as they will go off quickly. ❤

My guess is the way she pronounces bagal is regional. At any rate, good Lord I think we have bigger issues.

Definitely an accent I recognize. When I moved to Utah everyone made fun of the way I pronounced bagels.
