yeah they can because if you are in a movie set and your character in the movie is using a gun, the courts are not gonna be able to get probable cause from that. In these rap videos, Judges will see the video as probable cause in order to invoke a search warrant, but I could not see that happening with a Hollywood movie since it would count as probable cause for owning an illegal fire arm.
