My Fire HD 10 won't open my SD card with pre-downloaded songs. Does this unit allow us to use a pre-downloaded SD card with songs or are we supposed to get music with Prime exclusively?
Hey my tablet stopped downloading to the as card how do I do that? I tried all this stuff and it worked on my kids older tablets- when it says I have 28 apps to move to the as card it says it is but then stops and says I still have 28 apps to move. However, my storage is full. It was a 10g and says it’s full at 17g it’s about 6g on my SD card but the card is 64g and it won’t let me download anymore
I just got a amazon basics micro SD card for my daughter's Amazon fire 7 kids tablet (2022 edition) and after tapping on setup SD card button it closes out and won't let me do anything else. Will I have to more than likely do a factory reset on the tablet and see if that fixes that issue? Or are there other workarounds?
Definitely don't need a factory reset. Should be able to format the SD card to use as you like. May need to reboot.... Only other problem could be a bad card. You could always put it in a computer and check it, possibly format it and reinsert it back into the Fire. It should recognize it and allow Fire to reformat. Good luck 👍

Can you put a full SD card with music files on it into their not have to format it?
Is it NTFS format to use on the SD Card?
