Idk why but I always loved watching people do routines like this. Its so calming and nice. I even like doing it myself because it keeps my hands busy because I have adhd its hard to not have anything for my hands to do so doing stuff like this makes me feel so at peace.

What u can do is that u can search a picture online and then do the line art. Then u can color it however u want! :)

It's a good tip but the only negative about is that you don't really leran how to draw, you will then always be dependant on a picture. The best way is to just start, I know it sounds like there should be an easier way but just start is the way to learn. The more you draw the better, depending on what you want to be able to do you practice different things. Example if you would like to learn hot to draw realistic portraits, there are a looot of videos on this matter that explains the face proportions and then maybe just start with something small like the eye, then go over to the nose and so on. Wish you the best of luck! Practice is the key!!!
