I have ocd. I hate it. I find the medicine is working but I wonder if there is more that can be done. Thiis is amazing, I wish it for others and if I could I would get this done. I remember one time a nurse asked me what my obsession and compulsions were. I was offended. I felt like I was on display. This is miserable and I can tell you it is hell.

Capsulotomy ablation is an option. I had that done for my OCD, it came out well and I don’t have OCD anymore. Contact UChicago Medicine for more information.

ERP intensive therapy is necessary with the meds.
