Hi Cheryl 👋🏼 I was at work when the “wing wave” occurred I was listening at that time but could t watch because I was occupied with work soo I missed it visually. 🤷♂️ would you happen to know when it happened? I was thinking between 10:00am and 11:00am ,,, thanks and happy new year 👍🏻
Daaaannnnggg what a day !! I’m home now and can watch what I miss today while at work,,,, geeeez it was like LAX GREATEST HITS! I really admire these pilots landing those BIG birds as smooth as they do. I was just thinking about those poor folks on that Qantas a380, they’re still in the air at this time and I hope they don’t experience similar taxi delays after they land. Yikes LoL say “quite the wing wave” five times quick! 😀

Awesome show today, guys!! I couldn't even tolerate more than a couple hours out there today, I don't know how you lasted the entire day. If that was a wing wave, I never want to be on a flight with the pilot who gets that idea in his head. Finally getting to see reverse ops live was worth the numb toes and runny nose. Thanks for the Nighthawk sticker, Rudy!!
Thanks guys for capturing our departure off 07R. It was the first time I’ve taken off on that runway and the reason was when we did our takeoff calculations for 06R, the normal departure runway for us, we were too heavy as the runway was wet. Our only option was 07R. It was a painful wait for takeoff clearance corordination and that’s why our ground time was longer than expected! Glad you and the viewers like the views. 👍

Anyone notice the odd main gear operation of the FedEx 767 (4:11 landing time) yesterday? The rear wheels were set higher than the front set. I watched lots of wide-body landings and these seemed unique.
