Now that you've seen some beatbox I should direct you to some beatbox loopstation! Start out with the GBB 2023 loopstation battle or the 2019/2021 battles first.
The bass you both freak out over is called throat bass. Its a form of throat singing. The 808 sound is called sub bass and its done with sucking in air with your lips closed on one side. if you want to learn more I am also a beat boxer and can show you some of whats happening here.

No- this is his produced version. Adding reverb and echo. Completely acceptable. He also performed live on his feed and it sounds almost identical. This guy is just insanely talented.
