Performing compound movements (squats,bench press,deadlift) Also doing progressive overload(adding extra 2 or 2.5 kg to your weights every next week.) Working out 6 days a week,1 day rest or cardio(not too much) Last but not least is sleep,if you don't get enough sleep your body won't recover and you won't see any result. That's it,now go for it.
