This is my second time using the this Front Loader - and the COLD weather (-10f) certainly affects the Hydraulic Fluid. The Loader is more "Jerky" because of the sub-zero temperatures Can you believe the loader is actually 14 years old! It is an original Graupner 1:15th scale Hydraulic Loader. The Noise you hear coming from it is the Hydraulic Pump. I have it on a variable knob so I can control the pressure. (Same in the Dump Truck) This loader turns with a Hydraulic piston, not a servo. The only servo's on this unit are Micros, that control the Hydraulic Flow Block.
The Tonka truck I bought off of eBay, and makes for a good practice truck. The soul purpose of this truck is to have a stationary vehicle I can learn to use this loader with, properly.
Any construction RC (much like other styles of RC) takes a lot of practice to get a good "flow" or a rhythm. I have had about 1 hour of practice in total with this loader - but I'm starting to get the hang of it. I am glad I have experience with my excavator - as that was a good starter to wrap my head around hydraulic kits.
For those who are wondering how much these go for - they vary in price, depending on who makes it, and the quality of the RC. The one in this video is no longer in production.. and is a rare find. I paid close to $4500 - but to me, it's worth every penny. It's a limited edition & I love it! I have wanted one for years, and jumped at a chance to buy it on eBay. Some construction loaders can go for between $8000-$15,000, or More!! Crazy..
You can certainly find ones for less, and a company called RC4WD is releasing one that is a more friendly price of around $3000. Still, I know - it's steep. But, it's all up to the hobbyist. There are even less expensive ones.. but the quality changes.
I got the DUMP Truck at www.store.rc4wd.com - they are an awesome online store for heavy equipment!
I hope you have a bit of information that can help you on your quest!
For me, it's back to the construction pit to remove some snow...

ur so lucky my wife would never let me play toys all day no matter how awesome they ARE!
So realistic. I remember this one too. A million hits wow. Congratulations Aaron.
very nice
nice, reminds me of when I was a trucker
You should put some heat strips in the dumptruck bed. Snow would come right out. Awesome!
How can people dislike that? That's cool!
Nice to hear Calgary getting geese
Sweet RCs
Timmmmmmberrrrrr! Hopefully the guy had insurance….lol
I hope the boss didn't get too mad over that slip up.
Dat slow-mo at the end though haha. Such entertaining videos
thats awesome
Very cool
Doh!!! Someone had one too many! (Would have been hilarious if the truck just drove away at the end.)
That mistake! Is lethal!
You fire!! Jajajaj
These are the most awesome videos ever
I can be here for hours . this is great.
How awesome is this!? I have been going through all the older videos and discovered this one I seem to have missed some how. Great work man!
Looked like a blast Medic!
that's awesome
I love what you do medic. I just started RC myself this year, I have a 1/16 Maxstone Rock Crawler. I've had a blast ever since i got it, thanks medic for introducing RC to me!
bad day all around I guess! Love the rigs and the "jobs" you do with them.
Sweet! I can't get over how awesome these things are! :)
Cool video and Rc models. Now you need scale snow.
constructicons, form to devastator!
axial scx10 trans and vaterra twin hammers vanquish trailing arms. Thanks for getting me into rc!!!!!!
Snow's tricky stuff to dump lol
Great Video! But Im am just praying and praying for there to be a part 2!
Awesome sauce! Finally got my losi 5t thanks to your awesome videos. Can't wait to start on my own set.
Looks like you've increased the workforce quite a bit!
I love how realistic these videos are keep up the great work!
How could someone dislike this? And for them to have seen this video already, surely they are subscribers right?
Very cool!! Well thought out!! Your "flow" is getting much better! This was fun to watch!
❤❤❤nice.....
YES A SCENARIO ADVENTURE I LOVE THOSE!
That is FANTASTIC !!!

dang that was realilistic even up to the point of the loader falling off the trailer great vid !!!!!
La,was , que se puede ser que se llama el tema del
Fantastic angles and storytelling in this video, Medic! Great vantage points during the filming. Love it!
Opening shot looks just like Chernobyl with the new containment structure.
Haha lmfao it rolled over @ the end nice
These are Tonka toys for men!
You are really fast in progressing your driving skills. Slippery underground is very very difficult for getting the bucket full without spinning wheels. Good job!
Hi Tobias!! My friend.. I took your advice to heart! It was just SOOO Cold! its hard on the hydraulics.. but worth every moment! thanks for stopping by to check out my video.. and thanks again for the great tutorial video!
You are welcome
When you blend in the natural (like those birds flying above) surroundings in the distance, makes it look so real (scale wise). Have you tried a non sticking (Rain x) spray on the bed of the trucks, buckets, etc. to make the snow not stick.
totally awesome vid medic ! @ 7:00 the loader looked pretty real driving . lol ! sweet!
You need a recovery rig Great vid
I always wanted an RC LAV (light armoured vehicle) like the ones in the game battlefield 4. Basically, they are tanks with 8 wheels, the 4 front wheels do the steering, and all of the wheels are close together, making it move across terrain quickly and efficiently.
Great scale look to this video! Good job!
Medic you should create a flip up front bumper like on some semis in real life have. It is controlled by hydraukics to flip up and put down the low bumpers so they don't plow so much snow and get stuck. Some tire chains for the rear would be a good idea too! Once again great job editing. If a company makes a RC grader that would be cool to add to your videos and construction collection!
Holy shit that's awesome. So life like
Lol. I love this, but you guys are such geeks.
It was only me in this video.. and yes, total geek !
потрясающе
ничего подобного не видел)))
I have no Idea why, but this is to much fun to watch!
Got a cab light out on the semi, that get you in trouble with the DOT, lol.
Love the slow motion tip Medic.
Love the end. Rash maybe there's a mother new rc coming for rescues *****
you should get/make some scale tire chains for the loader, dump truck, and the Chrome King Hauler.
Mejor vídeo que visto sobre makinaria rc
gotta love the rc's
Very nice video
Well i dnt get it how can anyone dislike a video with RCs in it XD
a que clase de persona no le gusta este video ???? it is awesome I love it !!!!
Awsome 15 view awsome
Man, you need a set of tire chains on that truck! Awesome job!
Loving the construction equipment!
Hey medic if you didn't know already Pam stops the snow from sticking on the bucket of the loader.
Amazing
i dunno about Alberta, but here in Ontario the driver cant sit in the machine during transport :-)
Excellent vid once again Medic :-)
Awesome awesome awesome video, this by far has to be the coolest video yet.👍👍
Awesome!👍
you need some FULDA cross force tires like I have on my globe. I got them from garden trucking. also easy way to lock axle is to take the diff apart and move one spider gear across and in between the remaining two. then its locked and can be undone again without wrecking anything!
you should make snow chains for your loader, it would remove the lack of grip :)
Everyone tells me what I should do, but never take in to consideration I am a story teller, and I've been doing it for years! RC ADVENTURES are staged for your entertainment :)
***** Of course you are a story teller, that's why i have seen almost all of your videos for a couple years now;) I just wanted to tell you what my experience with full scale loaders here in sweden are :)
Sylvestl96 10-4 my friend, well received and thank you! Yours was just the 15th comment saying I needed chains. I know you were trying to help :~) Thank you!
Крутое видео
Watching this thinking of my coal mining days when the loader ran off the trailer my heart missed a beat ! Lol great movie/video....
uhhh we got a rollover on snowy field drive, crrrr roger that.
You should make some chains for the semi. And maybe even the loader
A lot of scale realism. Love it medic! Keep it up!
medic you should make snow chains for that
that truck looks like optimus prime
Epic rig
i love it...absolutely mind blowing...
Thank you so much for this post Leona, I've never seen anything like this before! How I'd love to see this happen on our London tiny streets, when the snow comes this winter, now that would cause even greater road rage! But it think people would just stand in AMAZEMENT!!!
Catherine we have so much snow and if it melts its going to be so slushy ...i hoping for more street clean too....although doing a 360 safely is a lotta fun...but not recommended.
Nice!
Wow! Very impressive. Great sound fx too!!! As soon as that dozer started scooping snow I thought" he needs a dump truck" then low and behold here one comes. Fully functional hydraulics! With the industrial background I wasn't watching RC trucks I was looking at the real thing... Nice to see its not all about jumps, mud or crawling(dont get me wrong love all that). This was very inventive and sure it took skill to drive, scoop, unload and all that.2 thumbs up!!!
Hi Nate! What a great comment to read.. and you are right! RC is FULL of creative ways to have fun.. these construction RC's are very expensive and certainly take a trained set of thumbs to operate. Im certainly no prop at it.. but in a few more seasons I should be getting pretty smooth!
I bet your neighbors get a kick out of it. You definitely have the most creative way to clear your drive way.Haha! It's truly unique and I know you don't talk film. But the angles you get. The intro's, editing etc. Truly an amateur film maker. Bravo medic!
7:36 getting up like a boss, 7:53 front loader is like: NOPE I´m tired now !
(: These always put a smile on my face, but I got really sad when the front end loader tipped off the trailer
That dump truck sounds awesome
Lol this was hilarious! And cute! It was pretty funny when the tractor fell off XD
Make a snowplow. :-')
I wonder if it would help to spray some pam in dump truck bed... hmmm curiosity is having its way with me. :p
Need to make some tire chains for it medic.
hugs festered
ssmp
Great work that jou do in heere ,hard job in the coold wheater
Awesome love how you are incorporating in so many RCs
I do my very best to show what an amazing hobby Radio Control truly is! Thank you for commenting :)

Haha! That ending! Nice video man.

Hey Medic get that to do the sled pull!
JUST WOW
