the doise is playable in this mod, which probably means he hasn't been killed yet, so i think this is an origin story for peddito being like he is in the noise update

The Doise had at least 1 HP, so that explains why he was able to kill him so easily. Besides the fact that he appeared completely unexpectedly, of course.
I like to imagine a senario where The Doise gets cornered by Peddito and then Fake Peppino just leaps in out of nowhere and fights against Peddito in order to save The Doise

Peddito is a new boss at Floor 4 that's exclusive to the Doise's campaign and it's new 2 player story mode (replacing Fake Peppino). Most of his attacks are easy to memorize before it gets devastating in phase 2 of the fight. Just like Fake Peppino fight, you have to take HIM out at least 2 hits!

another head canon of mine is that if you play as the doise and visit peppino house you actualy get peddito house and all you see there is a sprite of peddito corpse in the bed looking like the doise one, the house complete silent, and the poster where peddito and doise original came from, but with peddito crossed with a x
Ok, so Doise and Peddito try to escape the War level while Faker is climbing and they meet in Bruno's at the same time. Doise immediately abandons Peddito to save his own skin, and then Faker and Peddito fight. Peddito dies and then goes after Doise for leaving him to his fate. That's where my mind went with this.
He will be a hydra with arms of different sizes and shapes, his body has thousands of eyes and mouths, and his empty eyes turn into a mouth similar to a lamprey

That last sentence comes from that whole green screening thing that happened with The Doise's sprites, and green screening Peppino's shirt and pants anyway might also impact his black outline.
