Nice episode! I think you guys might like using glencairn glasses instead of the rocks glasses for these tasting sessions. Also letting the higher proof whiskies sit for a bit in the glass after opening let’s some of that initial alcohol evaporate and the nose won’t be as harsh. Just some friendly advice, cheers!
Definitely enjoy the episode, here in NE and I passed on the 6/9yrs for $250/$500. Screw these liquor store prices, much rather grab a RR13 for $200 or Stagg Jr at ~ $100.

Cheers and Happy New Year!🥃
First time watching. Loved how the 3 of you interacted. I actually just bought one for $250 and it was 124.6 proof. Your bottle sounds insanely good!

We agree, there are a lot of places charging crazy prices. And there are def some really nice bottles out there at a fraction of the cost. 🥃
We are definitely not the biggest fans of the Pot Still 😂
Got my 8yr for a little over 300.00. can't wait to try it.
Did I hear that y'all aren't fans of the Potstill Reserve?
Hope you enjoy the 8yr!
Never caught the age
The one we tried was an 8 year.
