Yes, and that's a pretty good price actually. Only a little more then a lot of skin packs. And I may buy.
People out here complaining about game content costing a couple of dollars, while spending $30 to $60 or more on a restaurant meal, or a coffee.

Some skin packs are 490 minecoins and you only get 10 skins, this is one of the cheaper Add-Ons on the store. Not sure how this can be seen as overpriced 🤔
