so. i was in a dark place had all the thoughts of suicide. i had several scenarios to commit it. luckily i told my md about it. i didn't want to talk to a therapist because i felt that was weakness. he agreed to treat me but only if i signed a contract with him to not off myself. three weeks of medication later i felt like i did deserve to be treated and he found me a place i could go for the help i needed. so glad ren made this song because it needs to be talked about so people know they aren't alone. it shouldn't be viewed as such a taboo. its not weakness it is just being human when pressure and trauma are so heavy you feel suffocated, its ok to ask for help.
