PALAFOX | Army and Navy Club: Restoration, Rehabilitation, Repurpose, Redevelopment

- Completed between 1910 and 1911, the Army and Navy Club, a three-story landmark building in Roxas Boulevard served as exclusive club for American military officers during the American colonization.
After thirty years of neglect and deterioration, the vision is to restore the building to its former grandeur. The Army and Navy Club will be restored as an important historical and cultural landmark, providing a visually exciting space for people to live, work, shop, and play, reviving what the great Burnham and Parsons imagined for this once glorious city.
