I think SEGA was just trying to get you to use your imagination since that is the theme of the NiGHTS series. NiGHTS is obviously a female because she has a woman voice, face, breast, curvy body, tight clothes with no lump >.< and she is very dainty. I love her so much ^^ Reala, on the other hand, has a male body with a lump there, manly face, deep voice, manly clothes and everything so it is obvious that Reala is a Male. I love them both and think they look cute together. ^v^
