I was a human tester for the Flex cup before they released it to the public. It took me a couple of tries before I figured out how to properly use the cup, but now I love it.
Oh boy the cup struggle LOL. It took me a solid 3-4 cycles to get used to it, but now that I know how it works it's so convenient.
Same! And I haven't used a tampon since, going on 2 years now.
Poor Emily! I can relate to the cup issue. Without tmi my anatomy won’t let me use either unfortunately 😆

I LIVE for diva cups..but it is a learning curve and you definitely have to change it in the shower...or have a one person bathroom so you can waddle to the sink to clean it and put it back in

Not a negative thing just wondering if Abby actually likes your dogs. In most vlogs that she’s in little dog is aloud free range of the house while the men of the house have so many limitations. I just feel bad because we rescued a pocket pit this summer and yes we don’t let her in the kitchen when cooking or us eating. I’m sorry not trying this to be rude just love all dogs and feel a little sad mostly for snoop sleeping in his bed outside ur room 😢

Yes Gamer Changer! I use a cup and period underwear I didn't read the instructions not to put them in the dryer but after I learned from that mistake I was good to go. The sleep shorts are my favorite! My daughter uses them as well no fear of accidents at school for her.
Emily, can relate to the cup struggles. I can't figure out flex cups either. Put a cup in it is a great resource for starting out with a cup. It's a whole different world. They have lots of fold suggestions and quizzes about what cup would be best for you. Highly recommend.
I watched lots and lots of videos before trying a cup, it was really helpful. "Put a cup in it" was a place I went too, I believe they did some TH-cam videos too.

Get the applicator for the diva cup. It will help.
You have to make sure you have good suction with the cup, I use the Tampax cup which is larger than the diva brand cup...

Emily, for your period I would recommend trying period underwear if you don't have an incredibly heavy flow! I have a medium, and I love them. I get that some people are weirded out by the idea but honestly I just have quite a few pairs so I can change when I get home from work, and then I rinse them before putting them in the wash (which I would alsp do for a diva cup or regular undies if there was leakage).

I love the cup you have to practice and make sure its in correctly there are youtube videos that help. The cup has been a game changer for me no leaks I've been using it for over 3 years and this is post childbirth. The flex was a mess for me as well I didn't have luck with the disc but the cup is amazing. I use the Pixie brand because it was a little more flexible and light weight compared to the Diva Cup.

Hey Emily try a smaller disc! That's what got me. I use the saalt small you can get it at Target! Using a cup didn't work for me either 🙃 side note I was at the TO show today and Rachel you're so tall in person lol love y'all

You do realize periods are a completely natural thing and should be talked about more so women, nonbinary and other people who have them can help one other. Also it's incredibly frustrating that people stigmatize it so much. It's one of the reasons a lot of people are ashamed of asking for proper information. Stop it
