Because of you Jaspreet all of my investments are growing. Got a side hussle and paid my Honda off. My savings are positive too 🙏 I’ll never buy another LV purse again! Don’t need it.
I make more money than almost everyone I know, by a significant amount, and I’m WAY more frugal than all of them. I’m always telling them STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY ON STUFF YOU DONT NEED! No one listens.
I know your struggles; my last three cell phones I bought through eBay, a year or two old, versus by financing it through the phone company. My car; used and payed off. Also, don't care about fashion and only shop clothing sales. 😊
Absolutely true about the stock market and the pandemic. Bought an oil pipeline for $5.42 per share in April 2020. Today the value is $37.35. This is an increase of over 600% since April 2020. The dividend is now $3.50 annual rate. Yes this is over 60% return on investment annually. Last year the market was down with the fears of recession, so the shipping industry stock was down, so I bought some container shipping stock on October 30 for $8 per share. Today that stock is $18.54 per share. Yes it has more than doubled in under a year. I love a good stock market sale. Stocks mentioned are WES and ZIM.
@@OmarHernandez-iu2zc it was a *really* high end BMW so it wasn’t quite just any car but yea. It was unnecessary. Bro, this was one of THE best videos I have ever watched. You explained the steps we need to take but also gave us clarity on being healthy. Thank you for this!
The biggest money pit is owning a car. The repairs, fuel, insurance, and the toll roads. For a small car, all those combined cost me close to $10k a year. That's $100k in 10 years. When I was working in Europe, the company paid for the train to and from work. Being a slave to a car dependent city has its draw backs financially
I feel like personal finance management is prolly the easiest subject that when you follow, no matter what income bracket you’re in, you’d be alright. Obviously, the higher the income, the better… i mean it’s just, live below your means, don’t overspend on a useless degree, save for an emergency asap, invest consistently. That’s it.. waay easier than finding the x or y
Thanks for mentioning that time is what it takes to get where you want to be. Everyone preaches one can get rich quick but that isn’t what happens to the majority. You and Zuber are the only ones mentioning it takes time!
I'm now avoiding new purchases to avoid slipping into a bear trap. However, I'd like to know where the best investment opportunities are during a downturn. My goal is to retire comfortably on around $1.2 million.
Wishing you luck! The key to a happy retirement is to live the life you choose, if you have a certain amount in mind for your retirement, it is only appropriate to work with a knowledgeable advisor to make plans.
I concur that guidance should not be disregarded but rather followed. I remember a few summers ago, not long after my horrible divorce, I was in dire need of advise on investments to keep my head above water. Fortunately, I met someone with grit who greatly assisted me in growing my reserve, which despite inflation has increased from $360k to about seven figures now.
nice gains there! Please share your advisor's info with me. Due to my increased income from work, I'm thinking about investing in stocks and other assets that will enable me to gradually build wealth.

how can you Love your neighbor as you Love yourself if you in constant competition with your neighbors? Love is never competitive with itself so its either selfish investments with monetary gain or selfless sacrifice in Love -willy wonka
Consider this. Investing is not selfish if you are enabling (your neighbor) a business owner grow their business. And the business owner thanks you (rewards you) for helping him or someone else in the future. By paying you interest on the money you loaned him or her. 😊😊😊 This is how I helped my neighbor the plumber. And his neighbor the mechanic. And we all invested in a neighbor starting a restaurant. Always great to learn from you, Sir! Thank you for helping me get my financial ducks in a row. A few years ago, somebody suggested the book 'The Richest Man in Babylon' to me and there are a lot of parallels to what you teach. Highly recommend both sources of information to those who wish to better themselves financially!
Great basic video! Thank you for teaching people. :) Sometimes you don't get to use this plan, but stay focused, do small steps, to apply at least part of it! Me and my husband were doing just that. We saved like crazy, we were investing in a stock market (with success). It saved us! We had to help family members in financial struggle (and they were supporting us massively in other ways). The fact we were able to do so... I am soooo proud and happy! But only because we had this cushion. We are broke again, but we did it once, we can gather it again! :D
I hear a lot of talk but why dont you show us how to invest and wich is the best stock market, did you family help you with your fist home that you both? most of us have no one to give us a down payment for anything.

@@jeffaragon when a licensed Realestate agent “steers “ buyers to homes that pay more commission that is illegal. It’s called steering . That is “steering “ and is illegal . Jespreat stated that an agent will show a home that pays more in commissions over a home that does not. Yes but it was never stated that the lower commission house would not be shown it was stated that the house that the homeowner agreed to pay a higher commission for making a sale for a higher asking rate.
