I think the red tears are because Killer like made a deal with Chara and Chara stayed in Frisk's body which is Frisk had a determination soul and after Killer made a like some kind of deal to the demon child aka Chara They're determination that came from Frisk also applied to Killer so when he is happy or determined he's eye is red which is the color of the determination soul instead of black the color of hates soul that technically Chara have but still that's just a theory
As much as your theory would make sense, TrustVerse has almost nothing from the canon, Killer was born like that, so there ain't Frisk nor Chara. The red pupils and crying blood is another thing, but good theory.
