I like how no matter where we go, how long it's been, or what's going on in life...we all come back to these tracks and feel like we've heard them for the first time all over again. Godspeed.
Yes I love that too. Can you imagine creating something like this that is so permanently embedded into the universe and people still come back to it when they need it? What an amazing feeling that must be.
I first discovered this song and Blackmill during my first year at university. I was 18 years old, very shy and suffered from depression. This song basically was the catalyst for my personal development. Now I'm 27, graduated from university, confident and no longer have depression. Thank you Blackmill for helping me grow into the man I have become.
To the creator of Blackmill. If you still look at the comments, thank you. I’m 34 now. I was listening to your music religiously in my very early 20’s. Long story short, I was going through the worst years of my life. Your music helped me through it. I’m happier than I ever thought I would be now. I’m living my dream life. I don’t know you, but thank you for being there when no one else was. Your music honestly saved my life. Blackmill will always have a special place in my heart.
Anyone else getting nostalgic when listening to this song? But also Blackmill and other artists songs in general from that time 2009-2013. For me this was a special time

I know it's not your first time here. I know Blackmill always have some place in your heart and memories. I just know cz I feel the same. (I'm honored some of you guys feel the same as i do cheers lads!!)
i feel bad for blackmill but seeing 12 millions views its like this song is a secret for the rest of the world and that makes me super happy to be a part of it for the last 12 years
Idk what it is, but I discovered this song a few months after it came out near 12 years ago, and it has been a song that represents so many things in my life. My chill song when I was young and partying a bunch, a song my ex-wife and I listened to regularly and began associating it with her, then a song I found solace in after we divorced that helped distract my mind and put me in a much more calm place, and now it's a song I come back to for those memories or when I am just stressed out and need to breathe. Blackmill, you guys are legends, this is music in its most powerful form, and it is something to be really proud of. This song has real power.
Man... these guys and Phaeleh are such an amazing gift to the world. They both have touched me and my wife's heart like no other artists ever have. God bless these guys.
Me neither. I centered my remix of MOONBOY - Need U after Blackmill's style because I wanted to do it for a long time, and I knew the lyrics would fit it nicely. Blackmill imo is still the GOAT of melodic dubstep music. Sure some other great talents have come up (especially Teminite; he is really damn good), but Blackmill always does it for me.
You got me crying here yo 12 years later and I've finally found this song again, only remembered the outro. Thank you for making it since somehow that chord from 2:26 got me thought one of the harshest moments of my life Edit: now going through the comments and it seems like im not the only one. Song lives up to it's name ❤
This album literally got me out of a severe cocaine binge. I was going down a road like Tony Montana, but then I found Blackmill in 2011 and it literally saved my life. I realized that I didnt need drugs to feel bliss and escape from reality by doing terrible things to my body in order to achieve it, and I've been clean ever since. Thank you Blackmill for showing me that happiness can come from music, rather than a drug.
this track is now 3 years years old, I cant believe it. Robert, whatever you do now, I just want you to know that you have started something truly special here. something that will never die. this is not any normal dubstep song, this is a whole lot more then just some song
I just realized today how much I love Blackmill.. have been listening to all their music for many many years on pandora and can honestly say they are one of my favorites
This one is special. Almost 14 years later and I listen to it feeling the same comfort sensation like it is the first time. I used to fall asleep listening to this.
It's truly mind blowing to me that 10 million + people have listened to this. I had the album on my iTunes when it came out and never needed to go on TH-cam for it and HOLY SHIT THIS IS AMAZING. I've listened to this song countless of times for so many different things including studying. Though, being in a place you love; for me snowboarding and driving through great terrain, is a perfect song for this mood. @BlackmillMusic thank you for this, I always feel focused and a lot of gratitude listening to this song and even more the rest of the songs on the album.
Same. One of the only three albums (the other two being Billy Talent II and The xx) I've ever bought in iTunes before moving to Spotify and then Deezer and finally saying piss off to Apple products altogether. I still have iTunes installed on my PC though. From time to time I load it up and listen to this masterpiece in all it's glory. The only thing that makes me not wanna do it is the annoying updates and the terms and conditions changes.
I discovered Blackmill’s music during my middle school days and I remember going on road tips and just listening to these songs on repeat. Now I’m so close to graduating and I always manage to come back to listen. Kind of therapeutic/calming to just relax while Blackmill plays in my headphones. I won’t ever forget about Blackmill and how much their music impacted my life and taste in music.
This song reminds me of the refreshing 3am walk in the rain I had in the downtown of my hometown one of the last nights before moving away. Id listen to Blackmill every walk, but that night really holds some of the most calming and free feelings I’ve ever felt. Clear head, crisp cool wet air. And Blackmill 🖤
I almost died in a motorcycle accident a few years ago. Was hit by car abruptly changing lanes and as I was flying through the air, rotating head over feet, I accepted I was going to die. I was either going to be launched into oncoming traffic and be hit or I was going to be run over by the semi truck I knew behind me. What's amazing is the amount of information the brain will begin to process in moments like these. For some strange reason, the part at 2:42 minutes entered my mind as I always found that part to be of such significance that I might recall it on my deathbed. It's haunting. I clearly didn't die, but sure damn came close. Years later the scars are healed but this song and that part still haunt and reassure me.
Can someone explain why I've never heard an artist even close to similar to blackmill in the last 10 years? no one can seem to match this kind of emotion and feeling through sound its pretty damn unreal tbh
I hope you've become insanely rich off of this album. This is hands down some of the most beautiful music I've listened to in my life. You are the Bach and Mozart of our generation.
+Grahamalama exactly man, someone who can create such masterpieces, making thousands of people emotional and think over their lives, truely achieved something more than money will ever be.

Reminds me of highschool and all my old friends. I used to listen you're songs very often back then. And even now, when I feel low I play these songs to teleport me back, when times were a bit better

It's like it's saying: "Yes. life is void of meaning, and that's sad. But it's still beautiful". And i find comfort in that. This reminds me of another song: 'Bassnectar - Nothing has been broken', very similar message.
I lost my brother in a bad car wreck a few years ago, this song for some reason brings out so many emotions and it feels good to let those emotions go, my granddad died a few weeks ago, he was suffering from Alzheimer's/dementia for the last 20 years, I never seen something so terrible in my life, he lost his memory, he was in long term care in the hospital didn't know his kids grand kids , then at the end of it he forgot who his wife was, they were married for 73 years to be exact, it got to the worst stage and he couldn't eat or sleep he was suffering terribly I hate to see him go but I hated seeing him the way he was, this song brings out so much fucking emotions for some reason I'd +1000000000000 it if I could
+Avery Clements I feel for you man! Stay strong and carry on! The kindest touhgts from Denmark! Its always though to lose some one and you lost 2 i cant imagine the pain you most have felt. I can only compare it to myself losing my cats(family members).

Play the tune, feel the vibe, jump like crazy, live the life, free your mind... win your fight.
The tranquillity of this group is impressive. I needed this in my life! Especially this year. 2020 has been tough for me. In and out of the hospital for congestive heart failure im only 31. Thank you for lifting my spirits!!!
I feel as though this song was written for me. After being struck by a car going 60 MPH while jogging, its a miracle I am still here and am able to listen to music like this.
Miguel Lillo Come on man. Use your head. I got hit by a car going 60MPH. I could have been crippled for life, I could have been a vegetable, I could have had brain damage, or had body parts severed. Or worse, I could be six feet in the ground. The song is titled "Miracle." It is a very uplifting song. The miracle is that I am still here, in one piece, nearly fully functioning with only a broken leg that is healing well, and some minor loss of skin. It's a miracle to still be alive to hopefully enjoy some of the good things in life for once.
This is seriously the most beautiful song I've ever heard in my life. If composers like Bach and Beethoven were alive today, I believe this is the kind of music that they'd make.
Blackmillmusic will forever be a part of my life. Thank you for every track each one has a story to tell. Reach For Glory truly helped me Reach for glory.
that's crazy you say this. I experienced the same. I was turning 12, and i just turned 25. It feels insane how long this song has been with me. I think we'll experience the same feeling when we are 50 lol.
Ay phreaking ditto, just turned 25 a couple weeks ago here too! Found blackmill and this song I'm pretty sure when I was around 12 or turning 13 iirc as well
This is my favorite song ❤ This song makes me forget how horrible this world is and with this beautiful melody I imagine another world where evil does not exist.
I feel so many feels when I hear this song and a few other songs from this album. I practice meditation and have experienced some brilliant sensations, some of which have taken me far beyond any drug I've experienced. When I listen to this song, I start to feel the overwhelming sensation of a panic attack.. rapid breathing, getting choked up, tears overwhelming. In meditation and in kirtan I've also experienced the sensation of becoming nothing, stripped away of all sense of self as if a blowtorch was unleashed on my ego. Same thing, overwhelming sensation of a panic attack, rapid breathing and endless tears. tl;dr Blackmill god damnit keep making music because it is helping the people evolve spiritually. whatever the hell that means.
the song that proves that the D.A.W doesn't make the artist, any producer who thinks FL Studio isn't a good D.A.W should probably give this song a listen
I was lucky enough to find out about this music because of my amazing girl Nicolina!! This music is sooo amazing!! I love it!!! As a musician and songwriter I often find myself making up my own words to the instrumental tracks!! Its exhilarating!!! I get so much out of your music!! Thanks soo much!!!
I love to see all the ancient souls reuniting through 5D melodies and sharing their beautiful hearts as this angelic maestro Blackmill has done through his symphonic brilliance... I love you.
What this song says to me is something about the progress of mankind. What we've created as a species is incredible but... when compared to the incomprehensible; scale of the universe it is nothing. We become lost; caught up in the day to day human life and in all its technological marvels. But if you stop and look to the setting sun you see how little distance we've gone. How close to our beginning. What we've tried to elevate ourselves to... How can we ever compare? How far can we really go?
Thinking about that makes me wonder what are we truely capable of? when are we gonna stop trying to live our lives and live them! break out of the average crowed, lets start living like we are dreaming. like kent said look how far we have come. how much further can we take this? cause we arent gonna be here for ever so are we just gonna sit here watch our lives go by and then when are time is up we will not regret dieing, cause we will have realized we never lived in the first place.
FaithIsAccidental To me there are no right type of religious people. I think all religions should be banned. Religion prevents people to use their own brains and gives them an excuse/justification to act stupid & kill other people.
***** Dude, exactly what I am doing right now! The left side of the equation, anyways. :P Blackmill has that certain element that channels your thoughts. Love it!
Blackmill was one of the artists that was on my playlist when driving on the highway or even studying. The vibes are real and make you think deeper and more introspectively on life with these tunes 🎶
No, but at the time I was depressed. I heard this track and it kinda pulled me into this area of music and the things I heard, were beautiful and the communities I came across were so lovely, they helped me through it. I still love it today. But thank you for your comment nonetheless. :)
I like how no matter where we go, how long it's been, or what's going on in life...we all come back to these tracks and feel like we've heard them for the first time all over again.
Godspeed.

I lost my brother in a bad car wreck a few years ago, this song for some reason brings out so many emotions and it feels good to let those emotions go, my granddad died a few weeks ago, he was suffering from Alzheimer's/dementia for the last 20 years, I never seen something so terrible in my life, he lost his memory, he was in long term care in the hospital didn't know his kids grand kids , then at the end of it he forgot who his wife was, they were married for 73 years to be exact, it got to the worst stage and he couldn't eat or sleep he was suffering terribly I hate to see him go but I hated seeing him the way he was, this song brings out so much fucking emotions for some reason I'd +1000000000000 it if I could
Holy fuck, man. That's one hell of a life your grandfather lived. My condolences to you for the loss of your brother and grandfather.
Thank you kind sir, its been hell dealing with the loss but I'll make it through and make them proud
+Avery Clements here comes another sob story guys watch out!!
Man i dont know what to say man its fucked up stay strong
+Avery Clements I feel for you man! Stay strong and carry on! The kindest touhgts from Denmark! Its always though to lose some one and you lost 2 i cant imagine the pain you most have felt. I can only compare it to myself losing my cats(family members).
Play the tune, feel the vibe, jump like crazy, live the life, free your mind... win your fight.
🙄🙂
The tranquillity of this group is impressive. I needed this in my life! Especially this year. 2020 has been tough for me. In and out of the hospital for congestive heart failure im only 31. Thank you for lifting my spirits!!!
still gives me goosebumps after all these years
I feel as though this song was written for me. After being struck by a car going 60 MPH while jogging, its a miracle I am still here and am able to listen to music like this.
Amazing story.
Miguel Lillo Uncalled for
Miguel Lillo
If you didn't notice. Song's called Miracle. He thinks its a MIRACLE to be a live. Shut up.

Blackmill and chill... Ellie Goulding and chill... Nero and chill... It's all good. :)
Yeah thats how i be feeling rolling a blunt and sipping on some fire water
blackmail and chill
Blackmill will always have a special place in my heart.
I was sad and found this by mistake. Made me better.😭😔
damn. first listened to this when i was about 11. I’m almost 25 and this song still brings back warm memories. lets see if i come back when i’m 50.
that's crazy you say this. I experienced the same. I was turning 12, and i just turned 25. It feels insane how long this song has been with me.
I think we'll experience the same feeling when we are 50 lol.
Ay phreaking ditto, just turned 25 a couple weeks ago here too! Found blackmill and this song I'm pretty sure when I was around 12 or turning 13 iirc as well
This is my favorite song ❤
This song makes me forget how horrible this world is and with this beautiful melody I imagine another world where evil does not exist.
I think the beat would mean that we ARE NOT in a horrible world.
❤ 2:15
12 years later and this track still makes me feel safe.
Greatest artist I've never seen live hands down dudes an inspiration and thought provoking
don't speak...
just let the world fade away to this...there is always hope.
DONT LET GO.
Mr. Potato clap back of the year😂
not gonna lie...had to google "clap back" and yes...if you fire at me, im gonna fire back at dat ass ahahaha
Frank Ardito Sir I think you need to see a counselor.
Negative. It's just feels and being aware. Open your mind
Nothing compares to blackmill when it comes to these chill and beautiful songs to vibe to ❤
the song that proves that the D.A.W doesn't make the artist, any producer who thinks FL Studio isn't a good D.A.W should probably give this song a listen
Its been 2 years since ive listened to this beat yet still puts me in my feels omg. What music can do. Love this !!!
Its nice to see there's no negative comments :)
7 years on and this track is such a classic, wonderful production. It'll always be a very dear memory of mine, thank you for making this.
The memories come flooding back to me with this song, so many long nights just chillin with friends listening to this while stoned.... Good times
6 million of those views are all me still playing in 2023
Naw bro them views are definitely from me lmfao easily! 😂
Blackmill helped me in most difficult times of my life. That's why im here again. Everyone, keep your head up, stay strong!!
always coming back here too when things get tough!! 🙏🏼
Banging. This still in 2019
May humanity live to travel the stars...
Godspeed my equal, Godspeed.
This song brings many memories...when the life was simpler
I love to see all the ancient souls reuniting through 5D melodies and sharing their beautiful hearts as this angelic maestro Blackmill has done through his symphonic brilliance... I love you.
2011.. man, this album was incredibly unique for its time, not much out there sounds like this.
To me this kind of music is taking me to different places...then I wake up and notice all these religious people that are holding me/us back.
StSgry Religion isn't holding us back at all. You're obviously hanging around the wrong type of religious people if you think that.
FaithIsAccidental To me there are no right type of religious people. I think all religions should be banned. Religion prevents people to use their own brains and gives them an excuse/justification to act stupid & kill other people.
StSgry Ok then.
blackmill+homework=A+
***** Dude, exactly what I am doing right now! The left side of the equation, anyways. :P
Blackmill has that certain element that channels your thoughts. Love it!

its been 4 years, what had you all been now ? go into college ?
Blackmill was one of the artists that was on my playlist when driving on the highway or even studying. The vibes are real and make you think deeper and more introspectively on life with these tunes 🎶
This is and has always been incredible. So relaxing and therapeutic.
Listened to this album a few years ago on top of a 13,000 ft peak…. With some help from psilocybin…. Literally changed my life. Thank you blackmill
Bruh listen to the home album on mushies it’s godly
This saved my life when I first heard it..
A Miracle
No, but at the time I was depressed. I heard this track and it kinda pulled me into this area of music and the things I heard, were beautiful and the communities I came across were so lovely, they helped me through it. I still love it today. But thank you for your comment nonetheless. :)
lol ok sick story bro pretty sad :(
Haha, but don't worry about it too much, I'm doing so much better now. :) Thanks again
