Super Quick Comic Panel Tutorial

- If you create comics by drawing digitally with a tablet using photoshop, I have a comic panel tutorial that will let you create panel borders of any size or shape in less that 2 minutes. In your comic creation workflow, this will save you a ton of time. This comic panel border method works with black and white, as well as color comics. I use this on all my comic pages and it works amazingly well.
