The rythm Control Section is very good, never thought of when buying this ctx... Also sync stop is fun, use it with our band... Greetings from Germany

    Hey John,
Planning to get the CTX 5000 soon
some people say that it is very hard to use because of the poorly written user interface
Have You Experienced any Difficulties in using the Style creator, editing styles or adding DSP Effects?
    Great Playing!

Well since I have been using interfaces and operating systems written for synths and samplers, since the 1980's, for me, not really. The user interface really isn't that hard, after you get used to it. There is a lot of menu diving and short press, long press button pushing. For starting out, I used index cards for the most used parameters I needed to set. Like most things, after a while, you won't need them anymore. One of the reasons some say it is hard to use, is because the CT-X5000, can do many things, in regards to adding effects, setting volumes for parts, recording your own styles, DSP effects and more. It really is a long list of what you can do with this keyboard. And thanks for the kind words about my playing!

Hello I'm from Brazil. congratulations on your video. do you have rhythms created by you? we lack rhythms like ballad, rock etc...

Hey thanks for the kind words. I do not have any rhythm parts that I made. I usually use the built in rhythms in the songs I play. I haven't found any downloadable ones any where. I do think that if you visit the Casio forums, there might be some you can download. Those forums, are a great resource for Casio keyboards!
