Copenhagen planks would be a great exercise to try to increase adductor strength/endurance for motorcycles

Welcome to the world of roadbikes Jase. Another great ep. Spending time on track is the best drug you can get. If you want some more tuition give Bernie from Top Rider a call. I did my first advanced rider course withem and without doubt, the lessons i learnt from that day have saved my life many times over the years. Maybe even see if he'll come on the podcast to share some of his wisdom. Also, get your bum on a trials bike for wheelie training. Ride on brother.

Dope vid! Between his accent and facial gestures he reminds me a lot of the guy from the movie “Fantastic Beasts”!

As an ex boxer who’s competed in Triathlons
I can tell you that there is no doubt in my mind the only reason you are not getting tired Mentally or physically
is because your not going fast
      enough!!
after a day of track riding anyone that’s fast and not a professional racer would Be fatigued unless you are on the bike all the time (Bike Fit)
Trying to Ride a 1000cc Bike Fast is one of the most physically demanding things i’ve ever done!!
Just looking at your video of your Crashed bike tells me that you are not a Fast rider Your tyre wear is a huge giveaway you have another video that says “What Chicken strips” That tyre not only does have chicken strips but you can tell by the tyre wear that you are not riding fast!!
Fast riders would have Rubber balls built up on the very edge of the tyres! Your tyre has rubber residue actually on the whole tyre which means the forces on the tyre isn’t Great enough to scrub the used rubber off the tyre!!
all professional Bike racers are Top athletes and you don’t become a top rider without been Exceptionally fit / Bike Fit and after a Race weekend they will be Very tired!!

So basically you’re so slow that you don’t get tired? Because you definitely aren’t fast if you don’t get tired
