I think the woman at 38:12 did not understand your question correctly, I guess she told you her date of birth. She looks if she is about 81 years old, which would fit the suggested date of birth at 1939.
Give it a couple years and we will have HARM style drones. Just a normal FPV that, when jammed, has the autopilot take over and fly directly at the source of the emissions - a jammer is a giant electromagnetic "juicy target here" beacon, after all.
Killing another human being even a soldier using a drone to do it is cowardly and should never be used in warfare. When you kill in this way it makes it too easy with less responsibility for the action. Taking the life of another should NEVER be easy.
@@erickottke9673 That's the problem. People like you think it's ok. Seems people have gotten so used to war being so common that the idea of peace without killing to get it has been entrenched in to their souls. Here's some food for thought... Aside from religion being the #1 cause of bloody wars, it's politicians, and rich men of influence "deep state" that continue to wage them in the word of suffering and oppression. This suffering is really caused by those who wage those wars. So basically killing in the name of such influencial people of status is WRONG in any way you look at it so yes killing using drones is cowardly and wrong PERIOD.
You can say exactly the same about the plane, the tank, and the rifle. They all allowed to kill others with more ease and from a larger distance. Following your logic, everything but a fistfight is "cowardly" in war.
Guess they will eventually evolve to be silent then we are screwed. Will the winners of war be the ones who can produce the most autonomous drones. China is the leader right now!?… Might start living underground in the future.
Now then. Factor in the multi drone control systems utilized in the US for "drone shows" where 500+ drones are controlled at the SAME TIME.....bring in a crew that operates the swarm, arm the swarm, and you have short range air superiority in an instant. - Remember, technological advancements come from military research and development, and then trickle into the civilian sector.
Except their would be NO civilian sector for drones, they'd ban drones if they could, they barred dji, from the commercial sector, and the US companies are moving towards government contracts and don't want to sell to civilians. All we'll get are underpowered neutered drone, that we have to register like it's an airplane
You'd think a drone swarm like that has a big bottleneck on the control system, it's a single point of control/radio frequency that can be jammed and targeted.
One would think, but apparently most drones are hard to detect outside of shotgun range, and any closer, by then it's too late (though the portable EMP rifles look kinda promising)

Great video, I've seen much of it quite a while back, wonderful to see it again.
Still very relevant.
It's scary to think what it would be like to be a soldier in this war rather than a drone unit .I don't want my son to ever have to fight in this war he is 12 and we live in the UK .
oh he might get caught up in ww3 then, depending when that kicks off and eventually end.
just several years until a draft can do anything, how time flies, just another reason I'd never have kids.
@@bloodlove93 WW3 in 30 years not sooner. Lot of stuff will need to happen before that. A.I will be intelligent in the 2030s but still inferior to humans. In the 2050s it will be self relient like the aim is as they say in this video.
Glad you folks go out of there. It is hard to understand what actually is going on. The news shows a side and enough but there is much space between the lines.
I appreciate the video, many thanks, be safe
Kinda like a net in the sky, we shall call it... Skynet 😮
Another excellent video with very informative reporting.
The application of drones has helped Ukraine survive to this point. But it does seem that terrorist can have a similar impact on a country.
Great journalism.

Thanks for letting us know. We'll be prepared.
When I received my DJI Phantom 4 pro nearly 10 years, I started imagining how this flying machine could be used in a war zone.
Daesh used phantom 4's
Phantom 4 outdated now.
@@jackgoodnight2 well duh...he did say he got it 10 years ago captain obvious...🤦🤣
@@nismojukerich2994 bro that's why I said the "now"
Toyota is the truck that wouldn't die! Mitsubishi has just joined the ranks. Awesome documentary. Be safe❤
Think how many more resources there would be for humanity if we could avoid pointless destruction like this.....
Ample opportunities for this to be addressed democratically.
I think the woman at 38:12 did not understand your question correctly, I guess she told you her date of birth. She looks if she is about 81 years old, which would fit the suggested date of birth at 1939.
Or she has quite a sense of humor. Or perhaps has become somewhat deranged.
@@jonvelde5730 True
Very very brave going there and making a documentary about the drones stay safe people
Dave Australia, here. What an exceptional video. Thanks.
5 minutes of ads, scams and BS, Unbelievable! there must be an alternative.
Great video. Very interesting stuff.
Give it a couple years and we will have HARM style drones.
Just a normal FPV that, when jammed, has the autopilot take over and fly directly at the source of the emissions - a jammer is a giant electromagnetic "juicy target here" beacon, after all.
Swedish Rb15 naval missile does exactly that.
>HARM style drones
Reject modernity, return to Dornier DAR
The IAI Harpy does this
I never wanted to believe that Military will become AI but it is "HERE" and it freaks me out.
Vet (this should get your attention if you are a Vet)
This is great insight to the human side of Russia citizens. Great job for news coverage.
This is crazy warfare. Terrifying merciless.
This was extremely well done!!
Killing another human being even a soldier using a drone to do it is cowardly and should never be used in warfare. When you kill in this way it makes it too easy with less responsibility for the action. Taking the life of another should NEVER be easy.
You can say how it ought to be all you want
@@drsnova7313That's how wars should be fought...best of every countries fighters go head to head in MMA
Epokat kan ndryshuar.
Brave journalism!
Great story!
Get ready for this to hit a neighborhood and streets near you.
A couple maj dystopian visions unfolding in real!
cant see a drone in the sky without being reminded of what they can do, its no toy anymore
The drones make noise even if you don't see them. But once it saw you, you gone most likely
Guess they will eventually evolve to be silent then we are screwed. Will the winners of war be the ones who can produce the most autonomous drones. China is the leader right now!?… Might start living underground in the future.
The Pulitzer Prize Committee needs to see this video. Richard Pendlebury and Jamie Wiseman's documentary is brilliant.
Buddy seems to have won the war against his chinstrap from the last video 😂
But alas, his camo cover on his basher has gone rogue.
The next wave of soilders would already have experienced 100+ hours of watered down versions of warfare and training with controllers and screens
Keep your mosbergs gentlemen
One would think, but apparently most drones are hard to detect outside of shotgun range, and any closer, by then it's too late (though the portable EMP rifles look kinda promising)
@@klowen7778 cool, I believe it… do you want to live in a world where the popo is drones? Get a Mosberg
@@klowen7778 not really, the sound of the motors whining in the drones are fairly loud. You can hear them coming a decent distance away.
great show by the Way !!
12000 V1s (Fieseler Fi 103) were launched in 1944 and 1945. They would be called drones nowadays. This was more than a decade before the Vietnam War.
Not really. They clearly were cruise missiles. They are as much "drones" as a Tomahawk or Storm Shadow missile would be.
One man, one very small man, is guilty and responsible for all this death and destruction. Honestly, how is it possible for someone to live with such consequences.
Oleg the legend.
Imagine the PTSD of these soldiers to hearing drones when this wars over !!
the people of London and amersterdam said the v1 was pretty effective drone.
Brilliant reporting
