Ok so after playing Annie She feels perfectly balanced , leaning towards the weak side a bit ngl , her boombastic star mode takes too long so I think it'd be nice to make her star mode charge faster with each hit she connects on an enemy and charge slower when she is hit , this doens't affect her during star mode btw

I got ninja star out of 11 cosmos jackpot relics. Good part is I got my 1st Criminal mind and blue screen. Also, 2nd bloodbath plus 2 other silvers that I didn't have before.
There’s three outfits: the one with the frilly skirt/high ponytail, the one with the crescent moon hat/cape, and the one with the puffy overalls/poofy twintails
