    Nice video.

Wait, _how much_ does it steal? A percentage, a set value, or all of it? Anyway, this is good in my opinion. It adds a bit more importance on stocking up on nitro.

As reported many times to the developers many Open Source games lack quality feedbacks. Slow it down! It's too fast, it kills the gameplay, you don't even apreciate the tracks, online you get more issues with sync, etc. Slow the speed by a quarter at least. Learn from Nintendo please.

Experienced players would succumb to boredom if your idea was applied. The speed is essential in providing interesting gameplay for them.
SuperTuxKart already offers multiple difficulty levels, each with different max speeds, so players struggling with higher speeds or wanting a more relaxed experience looking at the tracks have options.
Take note that Nintendo ended introducing 200cc in Mario Kart because of how many people thought that 150cc is too slow.

@@AlayanT exactly this confirm the lack of quality feedbacks I was mentioning..experienced players are a niche part of your userbase and you can always have a specific game mode/difficulty level for them. But the game is not fun at that speed, is just f-zero like..if you want the weapon system to be more attractive, more Mario Kart like battles, you need to lower the speed.

@@MrHal900 The SuperTux difficulty is pretty much equivalent to 200cc. Sure, it's the one mostly developed for, but that doesn't mean the balance won't be tested and adjusted for other difficulties, it very much will, and SuperTux has to be unlocked by beating the story mode for a reason. The 150cc equivalent would be the Expert difficulty, which doesn't need to be unlocked. I feel like your concerns are kind of unfounded. SuperTuxKart's "f-zero like" speed is central to keeping it mentally engaging and keeping the skill ceiling high for online play. Any newcomer would immediately try to play one of the lower speeds anyways, so I don't see how it kills the experience? The lack of quality feedback is honestly a good point, but the speed isn't necessarily an example of it...

It's absolutely not too fast. With a lot of practice you can drive all the regular courses without really having to slow down, look at map records lol. Tight drifts and handbrake turns are your friend. The sense of actual speed in this game is what makes the driving the most fun imo

@@MrHal900 "specific game mode and difficulty for them"
      ...which is the SuperTux mode?
If you find the game too difficult to play on higher difficulty, then play on lower difficulty. That's the main idea behind difficulties, so that everyone can play on a pace that they prefer. As someone who mostly play on intermediate on PC, and novice on my phone; there is no shame in playing on the difficulty you're most comfortable with.
