I've had Éclaire on my list since it came out but I'm just not sure. I think maybe I'm a little tired of foody gourmands. But everyone says it's so amazing.

Maria, you may like Tardes... story time...Blanche Bete was something I tried very early on and while I liked it, wasnt blown away. Since then, my collection has grown and now includes Tardes by Carner. I recently retried BB and LOVED it, but realized it would be redundant in my collection because I own Tardes. Theyre not dupes, but give a very similar vibe and Id wear them in the same occasion. Tardes doesnt have a milk note but its super creamy to me. Totally recommend!
I have smelled Tardes but haven’t smelled it for a while- that’s a great reminder to check fragrances from time to time to see if we love them now…thank you!
@mariacollettlife For sure! Ive discovered some loves by retrying them... and some things have also come off my wishlist because of retrying. That might be a fun video... "retrying my wishlist" 🤣
I recommend trying Piano Santal by L’Orchestre Parfum! That one is really cozy and lactonic. Not as sweet though, and maybe leans slightly masculine for some, but I love it.
Zadig and Voltaire this is her and D&G Dolce Garden are my favorites. And Eclair too.
Can't do the milk breath frags. My worst experience was with philosophy warm cashmere. Literally triggered my gag reflex. Kinda surprised you left off kayali vanilla royale sugared patchouli 64! There's quite a lactonic vibe in the top, but dries down to something so beautiful and sophisticated. I just got my second travel size of it based on your recommendation 😊.
I love Bianco Latte and TK Creme Brulee!! I cannot put CB down. Hated Blanche Bete though, it was awful on me.
Loving Lattafa Liam with the creamy figgy tea note. Love it. I don’t love overly Latinos scents and Liam is perfection.

FYI Milk is not a safe blind buy. It's VERY woody but I'm starting to get the marshmallow. Letting it sit and manifesting the milk lol.

I have the same reaction when I first smelled Blanche Bette. I forgot about the sample because I put in a box far from me. A month or so later, I was seeking for something and touched it and smell started singing my name. I decided to try it again and I love it now :). Purchased a bottle afterwards.

So interesting to hear your thoughts about Blanche Bette. I have a friend who says Ellis Brooklyn Vanilla Milk smells like hot breath haha so that made me think of that.

I recently picked up Chabaud Le Concentrate and Le Chocolat, holy smokes!! These were way too sweet even for me, it was so strong I had to scrub them off. Could be bc it was still hot out in my area. I’ll definitely wait until it’s below 55F before trying again. For all those that sweet is never sweet enough…try Chabaud, lol! I love many you discussed like Philosophy Fresh Cream. My newest fav is Sabrina Carpenter Sweet Tooth. Yum!!

Too sweet? If so, don’t try Chabaud, lol. Those about knocked me out, lol. Granted, I’ll try them again when it gets cooler out, lol.
@@R.L.Maverick So interesting - I went through a whole bottle of Lait de Biscuit and needed at least 4-5 sprays and it barely lasted a few hours. Scents really are different on everyone.
@@AliseL22100% agree!!! Especially with skin chemistry. The longer I wore the Le Concentre the stronger and sweeter it got!!! It was 85F when I put it on, the moment I stepped outside (out of the AC) it made me nauseous. I’m hoping it will not be so strong in cooler wx. 😁

I don’t like milky fragrances. They go really sour on my skin. However, I just blind bought Eclair 😂😂🤷🏾♀️, so let’s see how this goes.

Hi Maria. I love eclaire it's amazing..I am quite fancying the blanche bete dupe her confession.. I've tried the dupe for italica and that's is awful smells like rancid milk or something else but I can't get on board with that one. I've been looking at the new Paris corner banana bliss and the tiramisu they sound amazing too .

Lactonic notes don’t really work well for me either. Blanche Bete smelled like mothballs on me.

I have Lait de biscuit. I love it, however I wish it was an EDP. It’s more of a skin scent
Thanks for mentioning that!! I find it lasts about 3-4 hours on me before skin scent status but that is because my skin doesn’t eat fragrance and I overspray…it definitely isn’t long lasting and wish it was an edp as well…I will remember to mention that in the future! 😀
