    Through SAGIA licences business has to pay 20% tax And other govt fees. Then has to follow Saudization matrix too... ?

      And the Saudi employee you hire, is simply an expense. He/She never shows up, does not work, and only creates more financial burden on the company's expense.

      From what I heard, you must have an Saudi citizen partner to open the small business.

      They change the law now. Now foreigners can own the 100% business in KSA.

      No need any broker, just go to ministry of investment website or called MISA. Call them they speaks very good English or email them and they will answer any of your question.

    1. far too many - we can take it off lines - the whole idea is that general questions are answered for the benefit of the audience
    2. he completely sidesteps the question about costs
    3. Tax's, plus their costs, plus running costs means there's no point in doing business in Saudi at the moment..

    This is not as easy as it looks, the capital for the company should be 30 million SR before starting the process.

      No locally you can do it with very small amount of money like maximum 60k SAR
