    You explain Anatomy & Physiology better than any college tenure professor I've ever had.

    Absolutely phenomenal video for basic filtration. Made more sense in a few minutes than my lecturer did in many hours.

    The best thing is that you guys focus on knowledge rather than just trying to mug up for entrances or exams. Keep making, keep inspiring

    I remember watching your videos for trig a few years ago, and now I am watching them again for class! I love the versatility of your work, it's very appreciated. Everything is easily understood.
    Maybe try to keep each videos around 8 minutes. Write a very basic script with bullet points and a few words about each subject you want to explain to help keep everything fluent. But regardless, still very good videos!

    Please make more content for medical students as you are the best platform in the world and I'm confident enough to say it surely, and we (medical students) extremely need you🙏✨
    You know, whenever I go to other channels for information about medicine ( I'm a medical student) I got confused! Even good and informative channels out there are not able to explain things the way you do! Your amazing! Simple but at the same time complex and detailed and informative! And also I have to say that I didn't understand anything by reading the textbook but now that I'm watching your playlist on the topic of unrinary system, I'm understanding everything easily and in detail!!
    Thank you for beingg here and sharing your content free as many students like me are not able to pay for even low amounts of membership fees. ❤🙏

      This is glorious, been searching for "how does someone get hypothyroidism" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Yannabarn Vanish Thyroid - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my work buddy got amazing results with it.

      Lovely Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you heard about - Trentvorty Perfection Kidney Theorem (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good one of a kind product for improving kidney function minus the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin at very last got astronomical success with it.

    don't forget about negative charge of protein. for example albumin is smaller than fenestration in the endothel, but it cant go through due to negative charge of albumin and negative charge of outer surface of the cell. :)

    • @we3zer131
      @we3zer131 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      thats a really interesting note, thank you!

    • @OGGYSOUN

      @@we3zer131 It's even clinically important. Some glomerulopathies with nephrotic syndrome are caused by fusion of pedicles of podocytes, which causes loss of polyaniont. Albumine can be no longer repelled which causes proteinuria and then nephrotic syndrome. For example minimal changes disease.

    How is glomerular ultrafiltrate isotonic to plamsa?
    Ultrafiltrate should be hypotonic to plama as it does not have albumin.
    ???

    Why is creatinine used to measure the GFR instead of inulin?

    • @m.casalribeiro4294
      @m.casalribeiro4294 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      zeromethanez creatinine does the same thing with the added benefit of being already inside you, so there is no need to use inulin. Also, and this is the main reason!, inulin is really expensive!
