Sorry I don't understand question xD but yeah sure you should reload all weapons before you start attacking. Reload takes time and sometime this 2-3 seconds of reloading can end up bad, if this moment enemies attacking you

yes Jiu Chong pilot ability for Mecha. you use dash skill, and lighting mark works for closest nearby enemie. then 20 seconds cool down time

I think Core 1 a bit better, in case if you want to rush enemies. because when you jump it recharges your secondary weapon, so it just recharges your weapon faster and you can use your secondary attack more often
