I much prefer spanish 21 over regular blackjack. It typically has a lower house edge. I just don’t play it anymore because so many players don’t understand that spanish has a pretty different optimal strategy from blackjack and I have zero patience when they get all table captain’y with their “ya’ shouldn’t have hit that! You F’ed the whole table!” nonsense.
By the way spanish 21 basic strategy error: Dealer Ace against 15, 16 or 17 hard is actually a surrender!!! But vs a 10 is NOT!!! The reason is because, if the dealer hits soft 17, they have a chance to beat you even if they have a soft 17 themselves! In this case even if you had hard 17 instead of 16, dealer got 19 after hitting that soft 17 hence surrender is the best option!!!

Why did the dealer draw a card at 13:20 ? Both hands had already won…took a 7 out for the 5k jackpot!
You are right Joe the dealer was not suppose to draw a card and the players or the dealer wasn't paying attention because all of them was talking too much 😊.... dealers mess up a lot in these casino's and I correct them a whole lot .... most of the time about the draw rules and underpaying me when I win and last but not least trying to take my money when I have a winning hand .... I like to talk to when I play at table but no matter how much I'm vibeing with the table I still pay attention and watch my money

In terms or redoubling, do you know you are suppose to redouble a hard 12 against 7 or 8, even if there is a 25% chance of busting? This could happen when you doubled down hard 10 against 7 or 8 and got a deuce, or a hard 11 and got an ace, you should redouble instead of surrender or stay! This is the weirdest basic strategy of this game.
It is a very different strategy for sure.

Does the dealer suppose to stay on soft 16 because I thought the dealer suppose to hit at 8:54 time stamp .... the dealer had a Ace and 5 .... let me know if im wrong because I'm use to seeing regular blackjack
The game was over as Kelly got paid on her 21 and the other hand busted. If they were still in the game, the dealer would have taken a hit.
