It is so good to hear these great old songs. Bishop Samuel Hancock, a great Holiness preacher. would sing all four verses of Nearer Still Nearer before he preached. He would sing at a much slower tempo, probably for five minutes. You could feel the Power of God. Then he would preach to a packed house, people standing around the walls, for an hour and a half.

I'am a french person, and by chance I have the english translation in front me, so it's helping more to understand the words that you sing!
