Here in Spain was sold with 2 horrible fog lights in the rear bumper. I prefer the Usa version without that two lights. Nice car. When i go out with him,a lot of people ask me about wich car is because it's practicali imposible to see another one in 2024😂
Funny, its the opposite for me. I prefered the european version with the 2 fog lights in the rear bumper. Looks cooler to me. Even if i never use them.
The ignition is on, engine is not running. Check engine light is always on when the motor is not running@thegamingchannel9899. It does however have the worst engine ever made😂
@@Jag-leaperfor a new driver or not mechanically inclined.. Not a good engine to start with. They are good runners though. The water pump design takes most of them out. I have a 2001, just like the one in the video but it's a LXI. It's never broken down on me and left me stranded, but man it's had a heap of problems. And still has problems that I can't afford to get fixed lol
@@tylerc7037 yeah I have an 04 lxi in winter storage... with its share of issues aswell...mysterious battery drain...water leak into the trunk..squeakyball joints ...air in the cooling system caused a faulty thermostat housing that's a common break....needs a new top ...runs nice other wise and good top down cruiser!
@@Jag-leaper dude I feel ya. My top is newer. I did the squeaky ball joints on mine, tie rods, front wheel bearings, oil sending unit, coolant bleeder upgraded to aluminum, trans pan was loose and had a new cluster put in. The car has been wildly needy, and only at 69,000 miles. It needs shocks, clock spring, blower resistor and motor right now, but it's in storage too like yours.
@@Jag-leaper I knew mechanics at Chrysler that said these things were garbage also. My friend had this in their Chrysler, and he babied this car. It looked like new with 80k miles but the engine had mechanical issues from 20k.
@@Jag-leaper that’s awesome. I believe some have better luck with certain models and brands ppl have good luck. Most ppl say jeeps are crap but I have owned them for years and all have been amazing. I have a 2002 Chrysler Sebring lx dude it is the best handling car I have ever driven the 2.7 litter v6 it is such a great engine, well built car. Bought it used with 205k miles man that shit reves like it ain't no tomorrow.
i have a 2001 sebring convertible thats never even seen rain , snow , nothin, 225k kms on it , its a nice roomy car
Good looking car, modern design in 2001

Chrysler must have sold 80% of these to Avis.
My parents have some friends who used to have one of these. It was hard for my mom to get into the backseat.
I totally set myself up there.
Ha ha I just got one of these so timely😊
What year

"At the other end of the Sebring ragtop is another big improvement: Chrysler's all new 2.7 aluminum V6." Well, that comment aged like milk 😎
yeah the Sludgemaster 2.7
I owned a 2006 sebring with that 2.7 and it lasted over 300k without a single engine issue.
Smh

I don't think I have seen one of these since about 2010. Certainly not a long lasting make and model.
2nd owner here. 131k only driven in summer. Lots of services, though. The biggest was the water pump.
check engine lights on lol

@@denzelbullock788 No it's actually a really good engine the only thing is you have to take care of it which most people don't know how to do on cars
@@Jag-leaperI always heard you’ve gotta change the water pump every 40,000 miles and oil change every 3,000 miles with a 2.7
@@PamelaBellOfficialthey updated the water pump. Idk what year
Sebring would’ve been a success in the US if they had put in the 2.4Turbo instead of the 2.7
LOL 2.7L improvement...uh um ok
Hey the 2.7 really is a good engine so long as you keep up with the maintenance it's a great performer
