Yeah, they nerf the megalodon to the point that it's technically weaker than the prog which doesn't make sense for being more expensive. (No armor and does only 300 damage) the prog can also do over 2,000 damage at level 1 lol
you can kill the megalodon at level one with ease from my experience as prognathodon, just go super fast up behind him, you do a ton more damage than he does when you charge

the reason the meg could kill the whale shark in one bite was because that version of the game you couldn't one shot anything you had to kill it with the first bite and then bite again to make it explode and the megalodon had the rip apart so it did a lot of small bites quickly after the shark was already dead
For as wrong as WalkingWithDinosaurs was...it was literally the best thing ever, it even looks good to this day which is actually amazing for an (early 2000's??) older TV Series
