For those of you that still didn’t make your phone work after doing what’s on the video, just go to settings go to messages turn on SMS on and that should work, if that doesn’t work then I’m sorry you might need further help.

Thank you ! Toggling my old iphone's ( imessage off ) then toggling it back on again allowed my pic to get to the recipient. Weird cuz I continuously was being notified ( message send failure ). Thank's again.
