I just got these things. You made your holes way to big. You only put 16-32 size nuts and screws ( because thats the only thing that fits). So I drilled the same size diameter and the screw and not what it show on the cover. You also put normal screws on. You might have an issue with the dawg moving back and forth. I got screws with a tapered head on them. Now the dawg has nowhere to go and they are flush with the dawg. But anyway, these things do look cool as hell.
Put a 261 rim sprocket on it, way better.
Your missing the chain catcher that bolts between the two dogs...
any chance you have a link to where you bought the dawgs ?
