બહાર મળે એવા તીખા ઘુઘરા બનાવાની રીત Tikha Ghughra

Ingredients & Written Recipe :
Take it in bowl
300g Maida
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Pure ghee
2 tbsp Oil
Mix it well
Add water as needed & make medium soft dough.
Cover & Keep it aside.
For Aloo stuffing:
750g Boiled potatoes
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Cloves & Black pepper powder
Mix it well.
Green chutney:
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green chilli
Salt/ Sugar
Citric acid / Lemon juice
Water
Red chutney:
Dry Red chilli
Peanuts
Salt & Water
Yellow Chutney:
Peanuts
Salt/ Sugar
Turmeric powder
Citric acid
Water
Chilli
Sweet chutney:
Dates
Tamarind
Jaggery
Sugar
Water
Salt
Corn flour
How to make Ghughra:
Make poori from prepared dough.
Add stuffing and fold it.
Make design as shown in video.
Fry it in medium hot oil until crisp & golden brown.
Serve it hot with 4 types of chutney/ Besan Sev & Masala peanut.😋👍
